TPR reinforcement modification generally incorporates inorganic or organic fillers into the TPR matrix to improve its mechanical strength, rigidity and dimensional stability. Its core feature is that the introduction of suitable reinforcing materials enhances tensile strength and tear resistance while preserving TPR’s elasticity, and improves its heat resistance and shrinkage‑resistant performance.

 

Main Uses

Widely applied in scenarios requiring higher structural strength. It can be used as a modifier for asphalt or cement to improve anti‑cracking performance of road surfaces. It is also suitable for manufacturing heavy‑load casters, industrial gaskets and structural parts for sports equipment.
